An Editorial in the Beloit Daily News is calling for Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich to keep up the drumbeat of "for the kids" in relation to the censorship of Video Games.

The tired canards are all here: "Protect Kids", "Parents are too stupid/lazy to police kids", "Games are too realistic" yada yada yada...

The author does add a new twist aimed at us mouth-breathing red state types. He puts out there that Judge Alito should be confirmed based on the fact that he will be an activist Justice in favor of "traditional values".

That's why we encourage Blagojevich to pursue his federal appeal. And it's one reason why we believe the composition of the Supreme Court will be enhanced by the addition of Alito, who appears to have a healthy respect for America's traditional values.

I got news for you pal, Censorship is NOT one of "America's traditional values".
