For N.Z. Bear: I am neutral on the Miers nomination.
I think that we should give her a chance to dazzle us or prove that she isn't up to the job.
I am leaning toward confirmation because I think that ideology doesn't matter, only qualifications. Chief Justice Roberts' supporters made a valid point during his hearings. If she proves to me that she is unqualified, we can talk about shutting down the nomination.
