Gluttony: Orange Carnitas
Craving something different and off the beaten path, I made this yummy dish last night. My-o-my was that tasty!
I thought it would be WAY too sweet, but it was nice. It really took off when a little tabasco sauce and sour cream was added. The family polished it all off. Usually about a third of whatever I make is leftovers, not this! We totally chowed it down.
Hot dam, I got a new favorite! (Here piggy piggy piggy!)
