I am soooooo confused.

The hour of the Packer game is rapidly approaching and I can’t figure out who to root for.

On one hand, I am a Packer fan and would love a win, especially in this season where wins are rare, especially against a divisional foe and traditional rival.

BUT..

One the other hand, beating the Bears today would help the hated Vikings and move the Packers further down the draft order.

Then again..

A romp against the Bears is always welcome and might help Brett decide to return for another year with healthy players around him. Besides, this is a home game and it is hard to send the folks home unhappy yet again.

On the other hand..

A Packer win would make next week’s Bear/Viking game a real interesting game to watch as it would be for the division (assuming the Vikings win tonight).

I have already predicted a win for the Bears, but on thinking out all the points, I think I will root for my beloved Packers.

It just seems WRONG to root for the Bears; much less the Bears against the Packers, even worse would be rooting for the Bears against the Packers in Lambeau Field!

I feel for Bears fans, I really do. Just a few years ago the Packers were the lovable losers.
