I am not commenting on the situation in New Orleans. Anything I would have to say would not add to the relief efforts. I have nothing to contribute to the coverage, no angle that has not already been covered by the big guys 'o the 'sphere.

I have made my contribution to the Red Cross and I am looking into another way to help from here, which is very far away from the Gulf.

I will continue with the mindless stupidity that is the hallmark of this moronblog. Maybe pointing and laughing at my little self-absorbed world will help someone escape the constant reports of horrors comming from the Gulf.

Mostly, I am too horrified (and lazy) to do any sort of credible coverage.
